As our part of our on going process to empower Bangladeshi community in Denmark, we have arranged our second career workshop, in association with Bangladesh High Commission Denmark on 30th May, 2025. The event was held at High commission's Meeting hall in Copenhagen.
In the event, we connected with the Bangladeshi students currently pursuing their education in the Denmark. The event aimed to guide young students on navigating the Danish job market and building successful careers.
The initiative was spearheaded by professionals from various sectors, including IT, engineering, healthcare, and business. These individuals, many of whom have overcome significant challenges to establish themselves in Denmark, generously shared their experiences, insights, and practical advice. Attendees have gained significant insight from our speakers Mr. Abed Sujan(Senior Developer, Nordea Bank), Mr. Bodiuzzaman Mollah Shanto(IT engineer, European Environment Agency), Mr. Qutub Uddin Ahmed(Engineering Manager, Joe & Juice) , Saiful Islam Bhuiyan(Senior consultant, Danske Bank), Motalib Bhuiya(IT Team lead, Swiss Pearl), and Abu Baker Siddique (Business Analyst, IKEA).
The workshop covered a range of essential topics such as job application strategies, CV and cover letter preparation, enhancement of linkedIn profile, interview techniques. Speakers also addressed workplace culture, networking, and the value of internships.
Our very own Mr. Omar faisal was main host and co-ordinator of the event.
At the event, Honorable Ambassador A.K.M. Shahidul Karim presented the welcome remarks and Mr Muhammad Shakib Sadakat, Head of Chancery of the Bangladesh Embassy gave the closing address.
Our goal is to support the next generation so that they do not have to face the same struggles we did. We want these students to feel confident and well-prepared when they enter the job market.
